Regulations Impacting Public Companies - How the NYSE Advocates for Issuers & Supports US Capital Market Competitiveness

Keynote Speaker:  Justin Durbin, Director NYSE

In his current role, Justin advises the Listings and Capital Markets teams on global regulatory and policy issues that are of interest to NYSE issuers and prospective issuers. Justin also serves as an advocate for inclusive pro-growth business policies and supports U.S. capital market competitiveness in the U.S. and abroad.

His primary focus is working with current and perspective clients to better understand their priorities in the space and creating opportunities for collaboration on the NYSE’s advocacy agenda.

Previously, Justin worked in the Washington D.C. office of various members of United States House of Representatives, focusing primarily on the House Financial Services Committee. Justin has also worked on a number of political campaigns and for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
